Technical Features
- Structure: composed of two shaped supports made of flat iron section 80x6 mm with an upper shaping acting as an armrest.
The supports are equipped at the base with holes for fixing to the ground.
- Seat: made with shaped WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) slats section 90x40 mm fixed on a special galvanized steel frame, equipped with holes for assembly on the supports.
- Backrest: consisting of square galvanized steel profiles section 20x20 mm fixed on special galvanized steel supports.
Properties
- Robust Structure: Made with thick galvanized steel sheet supports and WPC slats (for the seat) and galvanized steel profiles (for the backrest) to ensure stability and durability over time, even in conditions of intense use.
- Ergonomic Seat: The backrest has an inclination of 100°. The most comfortable inclination of the backrest for the torso is between 90° and 110° of inclination with respect to the thighs.
- Available in different sizes: Possibility to choose between two length sizes: 200 cm and 150 cm.
- Simple and Quick Assembly: The bench is supplied in a mounting kit with stainless steel screws and clear and detailed instructions for quick and easy installation.
Customizations and Resistance for every environment
It is presented in the basic RAL 7016 finish; however, it is possible to request custom colors and finishes to integrate the bench perfectly into the surrounding environment.
The structure, made of galvanized steel and painted with thermosetting powders, guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and a long lifespan.
The
WPC slats also offer excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, humidity, UV rays, and insects, requiring minimal maintenance.
