The Maori model litter bin with ashtray is an elegant and functional solution for waste collection in public spaces. The structure is composed of two vertical profiles in galvanized steel sections, connected to the fixed upper cover in galvanized sheet metal with anti-cut edges and a central hole for waste introduction. The bin frame is made of galvanized sheet metal panels with stylised carvings obtained from high definition plasma cutting. The book-style opening with hinges allows the rotation of half the structure, facilitating access to the internal containers. The opening section is equipped with a galvanized steel bag-holding ring and a key lock for safety. The front ashtray is made of a single galvanized sheet metal box, complete with micro-perforated sheet metal in the upper part for extinguishing cigarettes. The base of the bin is made of white concrete, stone effect, ensuring stability and durability. The basic finish for the metal parts is the "rust" color, but the customer has the option of requesting a custom finish, choosing from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique used for the galvanized steel structure is with thermosetting powders with oven baking, ensuring a resistant and long-lasting finish.
