Io Bench

Individuality is an essential component of the collective sphere: people want to be part of something bigger even though they continue to see themselves and want to be seen as individuals. The new IO line was created with the aim of defining a balance between these two aspects, offering individual and intimate spaces in a solution of continuity and sociability, and therefore in communication. A series of furnishing elements that are complementary to each other and yet at the same time perfectly autonomous, capable of reorganizing themselves at will to better adapt to the public space or, why not, to redefine it.

Design
Frame composed of shaped supports in galvanized sheet metal obtained by laser cutting with shaped corners, and equipped at the base with holes for anchoring to the ground; Shaped intermediate armrest and side table, made of galvanized sheet metal. Seat and backrest covering made of Okumè type wood profiles arranged with a different orientation between the seat side and the side with the backrest. In the lower part of the table, on the seat support, the bench is equipped with a door for access to the USB socket. All the electrical components are enclosed in a special compartment inside the structure.

Technical features
  • Robust Structure: Made of resistant wood, with thick galvanized steel sheet supports, to ensure stability and durability over time, even under conditions of intense use.
  • Secure Anchoring: Each support is equipped with galvanized steel plates with holes for stable anchoring to the ground using screws and expansion plugs, preventing tipping and unwanted movements.
  • Ergonomic Seat: The seat and backrest, made with wooden slats, offer optimal comfort.
  • Easy and Quick Assembly: The bench is supplied in assembly kit with stainless steel screws and clear and detailed instructions, for quick and trouble-free installation.

Customization and Resistance for every environment
To adapt to different aesthetic needs, the bench is available in the basic finish "wrinkled purple red RAL 3004HR", a bright color that attracts attention. Furthermore, upon request it is possible to request customized colors and finishes to integrate the bench perfectly into the surrounding environment. The structure, made of galvanized steel and painted with thermosetting powders, guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and a long life over time.
