Alessandra Wood shelter

An elegant and functional addition to the bus waiting area. Characterized by a sturdy structure, it is composed of two vertical uprights in galvanized steel square tube, each with a base plate for a safe and stable installation.

Creative design and advanced functionality
Made up of N. 2 vertical uprights made of galvanized steel square tube; each single upright is complete with a base plate made of galvanized sheet metal, equipped with holes for fixing to the ground. The uprights are consolidated to the plates through triangular stiffening gussets made of galvanized sheet metal. Shaped upper arches, in galvanized sheet metal, obtained by high definition plasma cutting and connected to each other by horizontal crosspieces in galvanized steel square tube; each crosspiece is characterized by shaped terminals in galvanized steel. Back wall made of 2 crosspieces (upper and lower) in galvanized steel square tube; cladding made of Nordic pine wood strips fixed on a special perimeter frame in galvanized steel profile. Side wall made of a perimeter frame in galvanized steel profile; front upright in galvanized steel square tube equipped with a base plate with holes for fixing to the ground. Covering made of shatterproof compact smoked polycarbonate, protected from UV rays and particularly suitable for outdoor use;

Technical features
  •  Infill: Infill in transparent laminated glass with polished edge, inserted into the frame with special perimeter gaskets and supported by a galvanized steel glass holder.
  •  Rainwater drainage: The roof is characterized at the front and rear by a gutter, formed by a special shaping of the panel, for the collection and drainage of rainwater.
  •  Bench: Bench made of galvanized steel profile supports designed for assembly to the rear wall, seat made with 4 Nordic pine wood slats, one of which has a rounded front profile.
  • Safe Anchoring: Designed for fixing via brackets and template, preventing tipping and unwanted movements.


Customization and Resistance for every environment
To adapt to different aesthetic needs, the shelter is available in the basic finish "gunmetal". Furthermore, upon request it is possible to request customized colors and finishes to integrate the shelter perfectly into the surrounding environment. The structure, made of galvanized steel and painted with thermosetting powders, guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and a long life over time.
