Urban Regeneration in Tuscany – Public Call for Municipalities

Urban regeneration: great news coming!

The Tuscany Region has allocated over 5 million euros to reorganize and requalify the existing building heritage and public spaces, the degraded or abandoned urban areas of small villages in the territory, and the requalification of connections with surrounding urban fabrics in order to improve the quality of urban decorum and the social and environmental fabric.

How does it work? What is it about?

Tuscany, funding for Municipalities: who can participate?

The call, approved with decree 10226 of June 8, 2021, is aimed at Tuscan municipalities with a population under 15,000 inhabitants to increase the attractiveness of urban contexts through projects to relaunch the urban and social fabric, from the center to the suburbs.
