Ziggy Bin - With Lid

The ideal solution for efficient and orderly collection of urban waste. This model offers an intelligent design to ensure optimal waste management

Design
With a particular ellipsoidal shape, consisting of a rear panel and front door made of galvanized sheet metal; the door (with book-like opening) is equipped with an internal bag-holder ring and a single-key lock. Cylindrical drum made of galvanized steel profiles; the structure is characterized on the sides by two shaped bands in galvanized sheet metal that protrude from the upper part to support the lid; inside the bin is equipped with plates for fixing to the ground. Upper support consisting of a shaped base, with a hole for inserting waste and a circular lid, all made of galvanized sheet metal. An ashtray for extinguishing cigarettes is incorporated into the lid; complete with micro-perforated plate in polished AISI 304 stainless steel sheet; emptying occurs via a special lever, located in the lower part, which allows the contents to be removed directly into the bag located underneath. An automatic return spring ensures that the ashtray always remains closed.

  • Quick and Easy Assembly: The basket is supplied in an assembly kit with stainless steel screws and clear and detailed instructions, for quick and hassle-free installation.

Customization and Resistance for every environment
To adapt to different aesthetic needs, the basket is available in the basic finish "silver grey RAL 7001" for the side bands and lid, while "traffic white RAL 9016" for the external body and upper ring. Furthermore, upon request it is possible to request customized colors and finishes to integrate the basket perfectly into the surrounding environment. The structure, made of galvanized steel and painted with thermosetting powders, guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and a long life over time.
