Romagna Cantilever Shelter
The Romagna cantilever shelter is a modern solution for waiting for the bus, designed to offer comfort and safety to users.
Creative design and advanced functionality
Made up of N. 2 lateral vertical uprights, made with shaped profiles in galvanized steel; each single upright is characterized by a rounded external corner, and is complete at the base with a shaped plate and stiffening supports, made of galvanized sheet metal and obtained by cutting with laser technology. Central upright made of rectangular galvanized steel tube, complete with base plate in galvanized sheet metal. Covering frame made up of N. 3 shaped arches, made of galvanized sheet metal and obtained by laser cutting; the arches are connected and made integral with each other by N. 2 galvanized steel round tube currents complete with plastic terminal caps with spherical heads. The roof is characterized by a frame made of rectangular galvanized steel tube to support the upper infill, made of opaque honeycomb polycarbonate. Front band of the roof, removable, made of a press-bent profile made of galvanized sheet metal prepared for the possible application of stickers with the name of the stop.
Technical characteristics
• Infill: Rear wall made of galvanized steel profiles and transparent compact polycarbonate infill. The door is closed by a special lock with key.

Rear wall made of right module (front view) made of galvanized steel box, incorporated between the vertical uprights, and equipped with an advertising noticeboard with an opening door. Left module (front view) made of galvanized steel box, incorporated between the vertical uprights, is equipped with a timetable notice board (upper part) for inserting notices using magnets, with an opening door made of galvanized steel profiles. The door is closed by a special lock with key.
• Rainwater drainage: The roof is equipped at the rear with a gutter for collecting and draining rainwater.
• Bench: Bench inserted in the lower part of the left module, composed of 2 shaped supports, made of galvanized sheet metal obtained by laser cutting; seat backrests made of galvanized steel round tube profile welded onto special anatomically shaped templates. The profiles are complete with plastic end caps with spherical heads.
• Lighting: The timetable noticeboard is equipped with a lighting system consisting of 2 LED ceiling lights positioned on the sides with a system for interrupting the power supply when the door is opened, and provision for power supply by means of a cable with an outlet at the base for connection to the public network.
• Safe Anchoring: Designed for fixing via brackets and template, preventing tipping and unwanted movements.
Customization and Resistance for every environment
To adapt to different aesthetic needs, the shelter is available in the basic finish "yellowish orange RAL 2000" for the bench, "traffic blue RAL 5017" for the frame and roof, while "mouse grey RAL 7005" for the rear modules. Furthermore, upon request it is possible to request customized colors and finishes to integrate the shelter perfectly into the surrounding environment. The structure, made of galvanized steel and painted with thermosetting powders, guarantees high resistance to atmospheric agents and a long life over time.
