The fourteen-step castle ladder is designed to ensure safety and stability in cemetery environments. With a platform height of 300 cm, a total height of 400 cm, and a working height of up to 470 cm, this ladder ensures optimal performance for various activities. Constructed entirely with zinc-coated steel profiles, the 1000 series stairs are distinguished by their robustness and stability, allowing safe movements in any situation. The structure consists of front uprights made of rectangular tube equipped with non-slip steps made of stamped anti-slip sheet metal. The steps provide comfort during ascent and a stable platform for work. Double lateral handrails ensure a secure grip for operators during ascent and descent. Rear uprights are made of rectangular tube with crosspieces and reinforcements in zinc-coated steel profiles. The working platform, made of zinc-coated round tube steel, is protected by a 100 cm high handrail and a 15 cm high toe kick, ensuring maximum safety. The toe kick delimits the available space, ensuring maximum safety. The platform is also equipped with a non-slip mat and an object shelf. Two retractable arms, made of zinc-coated tubular steel with rubber grip, facilitate ladder movement. Movement is achieved through two elastic rubber wheels with steel rims and automatically activated braking system (self-locking ladder). During use, to prevent movement in the presence of the operator, the wheels are completely deactivated from contact with the ground. The base finish for the metal parts of this product is "agate gray" RAL 7038. However, customers can request a different finish from the available RAL colors on our website. The painting technique used for the zinc-coated steel structure is thermosetting powder coating with oven baking, ensuring greater durability thanks to the application of a 60 micron paint layer.
