The Flex Basket offers a versatile solution for urban waste collection. Equipped with an ashtray and three distinct bins with lids, this Trio model is made of galvanized steel to ensure durability and resistance. The Flex basket is designed for the collection of undifferentiated urban waste, offering practicality and functionality. Its structure consists of an arched support post made of round tube, with a cover cap on the top and two support arms for the bin. The bin, cylindrical in shape, is made of galvanized steel sheet with alternating circular holes along the circumference, ensuring proper aeration of the waste. The top is edged and anti-cut, while the bottom is shaped with perforations for drainage of rainwater. To facilitate emptying operations, a front tipping system for the bin has been provided, activated with a simple release of the Allen screw. The Flex basket is supplied in a complete assembly kit with screws and assembly instructions, while fixing to the ground is done by burying part of the post. The base finish of the basket includes two colors: bright aluminum for the support post and two support arms, and vibrant wine red (RAL 3005) for the bin. The painting technique used for the galvanized steel structure is thermosetting powder coating with oven curing, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.
